The Imperial School Green Campus Gets a Workshop Conducted for the Faculty 30th June TIS-Green Campus- .

On Thursday 30th June The Management of TIS-Green Campus organized an enlightening workshop entitled as ‘What’s in my Tiffin?’ on Teachers’ Growth and Personality Development through an extremely competent and dynamic Resource person Jaycee Mr. Harpreet Oberoi the Dean and Trainer in the JCI Academy of India’s Zone who has attended 2 Natcons, 13 Regional Conferences, 14 Zonal Conferences and has travelled far and wide having acquired immense experience as a veteran in Personality Development Programmes. In his two hour session he interacted with the faculty from Euro Kids, TIS- City Campus and TIS Green Campus demonstrating through short videos, open house discussion and activities how teachers can bring about a tremendous change in their students’ lives. The ‘Tiffin’ as a symbol stands for an individual as a teacher and what’s in signifies what qualities are expected within the teachers imbibing which they can be more effective and impactful. According to Mr. Harpreet Oberoi Patience, Faith, Excitement to be exhibited in the classroom to make students feel more energized, empathy , innovative and creative approach to teaching, passion for learning and teaching consequently igniting young minds and above all loyalty are some of the ingredients to be a good teacher, mentor and guide to students besides having excellent communication skills . The Chairman Mr. Jagdish Lal and the Director Mr. Jagmiohan Arora thanked Mr. Harpreet Oberoi. Ms Farina Puri a senior teacher extended her vote of thanks and the session came to a close at 11:45 a.m.
